Improving our homes and estates
It's the right of everyone living in one of our more than 30,000 Council properties to have a safe, warm and well maintained place to call home.
We are investing in our housing, estates and our staff so we can reduce the time it takes to undertake repairs and tackle damp, mould and leaks.
We will soon be launching our lift replacement programme, which alongside the work we’re already doing to replace doors and windows, will boost our drive to improve the lives of residents living in our Council homes.
