It is an honour to have the opportunity to coordinate the Lunar New Year celebrations for and on behalf of London Borough of Hackney. This acts as a platform to build bridges, encourage unity, understanding, and a deep appreciation for our rich and diverse cultural heritage. We recognise the influence of the community by creating and sharing cultural elements that connect us all.

The team at Hackney Bridge is thrilled to be hosting the Jun Mo Generations' celebration of Lunar New Year following the great success of the event in February 2023. This event brings colour and joy to the venue as well as the Hackney community more broadly with its unique and engaging approach to the traditional New Year celebrations. Hackney Bridge hopes to share this event with members of the local community and beyond, inviting everyone to this wonderful event combining music, art and family friendly workshops.
