Hackney Homes resident inspectors and mystery shoppers wanted

customerservices.jpg

Hackney Homes residents are being sought as mystery shoppers and ‘inspectors’ in order to help the housing provider test the quality of the services it provides.

As well as gaining an understanding of housing management, the chosen residents will also benefit from learning new skills which could help with future career development.

The roles will involve making enquiries to departments across the organisation by phone, email, text or in person to identify what works well and areas for improvement.

In addition, volunteers may have the chance to speak with other residents and visit estates in order to monitor performance.

No experience is necessary as full training, support and guidance will be provided.

Cllr Philip Glanville, Cabinet Member for Housing
We are committed to improving the services that we offer residents and value their opinions and feedback. This is an exciting opportunity for residents to get involved and help us identify where improvements can be made to increase the quality of housing management.
