Councillor Feryal Demirci, Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods said: “We want people to support Hackney’s markets and go along and do their shopping during the run up to Christmas. Out markets offer unique goods that you wouldn t find anywhere else, and to make shopping at them easier, the Council is offering free parking on certain streets. Why not pop along to one of Hackney’s markets - you’ll be surprised by what you find."

Hackney has some of the most vibrant markets in London where the choice is varied and there are bargains galore. Shoppers will be supporting local traders and they will find the sort of gifts you might not find on the high street.
