Hackney Town Hall’s Assembly rooms will be transformed into a magical winter market on 10 December from 12 to 6pm.

With unique arts, crafts, personalised gifts and treats on offer, the market is sure to please all tastes and budgets, with 30 hand selected traders all offering quality goods – many of which are not found on the high street.

Santa’s grotto, fortune telling and carol singing from local Hackney schools will add sparkle and festive cheer to this event. In addition, the first 300 visitors will receive a free mince pie on arrival.

A donation from the proceedings will be made to the Speakers charities St Mungo’s and the Fairbridge Programme of The Prince’s Trust.

This market will offer something for all ages. We have worked closely with many local businesses and individuals to put on this event and we cannot wait for you to visit to show you the talent that Hackney has to offer.
Cllr Michael Desmond, Speaker of Hackney
