The High Court has set a date for the Judicial Review of planning decisions relating to the proposed redevelopment of Wilmer Place, N16.

The Judicial Review has been set for 14-16 October 2014.

Gifty Edila, Corporate Director for Legal, HR and Regulatory Services said; "Throughout this process we have always been clear that permission for the revised plans for Wilmer Place were granted in line with planning regulations. The Council will continue to defend its decision."
