Stamford Hill Youth Club set for relaunch

Hackney Youth Service is pleased to announce the relaunch of the Guinness Estate Youth Club in Stamford Hill.

The Club will reopen next month as part of the Council’s commitment to continue improving youth provision in the borough, ensuring that every young person has access to a safe place to go after school and at weekends within half a mile of their front door.

It will be open every Tuesday and Thursday, 6 - 9pm, to 11 - 19 year olds in the Stamford Hill area, and will provide a wide selection of activities including arts and sports throughout the year.

Councillor Rita Krishna, Head of Children’s Services said: “The reopening of the youth club in Stamford Hill is good news, not just for the young people on the Guinness Estate but those from neighbouring estates. It is a welcome addition to an already high quality youth provision in Hackney, with more things for young people to do particularly at key times throughout the week.”
