During the cold weather Hackney Council has made provision for rough sleepers so that no one spends one night outside without shelter in freezing weather.

The Council, in partnership with homelessness charities St Mungos and Providence Row, provides emergency shelters in Hackney for rough sleepers on any night where the temperature falls below zero.
