How does your garden grow?
There’s still time to see how your blooms measure up in this summer s Hackney in Bloom contest.
The categories for entry are best container garden; front garden; residential area; community garden; educational garden; business premises and pub. Prizes will be awarded for the winning entries.
Cllr Nargis Khan, Hackney Council Cabinet Member for Community Services said: “The contest is an opportunity for people to show how much they care about their gardens and the local environment. All their hard work supports the Council s continuing desire to make the borough a great place to live, work and visit."
