Local people are being asked to help shape the future of pharmacy services across Hackney.

Residents across the Borough are being asked to take part in a survey which will help to develop the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) to help shape services for the future.

The PNA will look at current and future need for pharmaceutical services in Hackney, how many community pharmacies exist across the Borough and how accessible they are for local communities.

The deadline for the survey is Friday 1 September – to take part, go to https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/HACKNEY-Public.

The survey will also be available in GP surgeries, pharmacies and libraries across Hackney.

If anyone needs the questionnaire in another format or language please contact Alexander.Miller@Hackney.gov.uk / 020 8356 8131.
