Free fireworks tickets for Hackney residents receiving benefits

Hackney Council is offering 250 free tickets for Hackney residents who are in receipt of benefits or allowances to attend the borough’s first public fireworks show in a decade.

The offer, available now, is open to those who claim any of the following:

  • Income Support;
  • Housing Benefit;
  • Council Tax Benefit;
  • Jobseekers Allowance (income based);
  • Incapacity Benefit;
  • Hackney Carers Card;
  • Key Connection Card or Severe Disablement Allowance.

They will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

We are delighted to announce that we will be giving away hundreds of free tickets to next month’s exciting fireworks show for those who might not otherwise have been able to go. We hope residents are looking forward to what is bound to be a night to remember in Clissold Park.

Please note, you will be required to provide proof of your eligibility along with proof of residency before tickets will be released.
